Pre-registration saves time and addtional fees at the registration desk. Now available online! Pre-registration fee of $15.00 is applied to one of your events. Deadline for pre-registration: November 1st

Members must have 15 scores of 301/501 singles between November 1st 2014 and November 1st 2015. Members who have not pre-registered and wish to enter into the events with their qualifying scores may do so at the event with an additional $5 on-site processing registration fee.

Proper Championship Dress attire: Dress pants, jeans, dress shorts, team shirts, casual shirts, casual skirts (knee high or longer). No String tops, No muscle shirts.

All members/players must have a paid up membership for 2015.

Please note, should you win $600+ in prize money for the entire 2015 Championship series you will be issued a 1099.

By entering into any and all ADA events, you agree to abide by all ADA Rules.

All current ADA Members must have their ADA Membership card to register and collect payout at the event. If you do not have your membership card you may purchase a temporary one for $1.00 at the Regional.
