ADA Members,

We have been in contact with the hotel for ADA Nationals today. They are going to give me some options on possible more rooms, rates and sister hotels. Once I receive this information I will post it on the ADA website, ADA FB and Twitter pages.

If you are calling the Hampton Inn & Suites for your room please consider the following:

1. Instead of trying for a Double Bed ask for the options on a Single Bed Room

2. Adjust the dates on your stay

3. Look for your original room type and dates outside the ADA Room Block and we will try and get them the same room rate as the ADA Room Block

Reservations must be done by Monday, July 4th.

One Member from each team MUST be a registered guest at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Mesquite TX. They must register their guest room through the ADA room block directly with the Hampton Inn & Suites. The guest room must be for at least 3 nights during the ADA Championship.

Guest room occupancy will be confirmed with the Hampton Inn & Suites prior to commencing the team event. Teams that do not comply will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes, privileges, awards, moneys, etc. associated with the National Championship.

LOCAL EXCEPTION: Teams with members who reside within a 50 mile radius of the Hampton Inn & Suites are exempt from the guest room requirement.

DartConnect Users Announcement

USING DARTCONNECT FOR ADA ALL-STAR and NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS:

If you are a Premium DartConnect subscriber, please bring your tablet for scorekeeping.

All All-Star team participants are pre-registered for DartConnect scorekeeping and will have their names appear automatically on the tablet player list and will receive match stats in their email. All-Star players whose names do not appear are because they did not have a unique email address but can be added into the app on-site by tapping “Player Lookup” and then the green “Add New Player” button.
All other players will need to “Check In” online to add themselves to the tablet player lists and can do so here: https://members.dartconnect.com/checkin.html or can also be added directly into the app as mentioned above.
Anyone who is a DartConnect Premium subscriber will have access to the tournament under the “Tournaments” button inside the app. Once you check into the event, a button will appear giving access to the tournament player list.
All matches played on DartConnect can be watched live and for free on DCTV by anyone with a web browser (can even be viewed on a smartphone) on the DCTV website’s “Tournament” channel: http://tv.dartconnect.com/watch.html
