NOTE: This event is just an RSVP to reserve your spot. When your Doubles Team is approved you will have to pay the Entry Fee of $350
$200 Team Fee / $150 Host Bar Location Fee (will be due by October 6th)
Both Entries Must Be on the ADA Professional List and must be a paid ADA Member.
Team Must be matching and be in Professional Attire during the entire match. Videos will be reviewed before payouts are distributed.
