American Darters Association Non-Refund Policy & Canceling Subscriptions
American Darters Association Refund Policy –
Membership: Membership begins once information and fees have been received and verified by the ADA or it’s registered agent. ADA membership is not refundable. Please review the membership information and form carefully before proceeding. ADA membership is transferable as you relocate. Upon arrival at your new location, simply notify the ADA office and login into your Member Portal Login with your updated address and contact information. Your league records will be forwarded to the ADA Representative in that area as needed. Memberships are not transferable from one person to another.
Event Registration: Event and Pre-Registration begins once information and fees have been received and verified by the ADA or it’s registered agent. Event Pre-Registration is not refundable. Please review the event information and form carefully before proceeding. Unused entry fees from an ADA Championship Series event are nonrefundable immediately following the event.
Canceling Your Membership Subscription through PayPal: If you cancel your subscription at PayPal sometime during the year, your membership at ADA will last through the end of the year. If you are logged into PayPal you can cancel your subscription HERE. Or click here for the information on this process. It is each member’s responsibility to cancel their subscription through their personal account on or before December 30th of every year.
