ADA vs England Qualifier Information
Hosting Location: The Oche 909 E Fox Farm Rd #4, Cheyenne, WY 82007
Match Date is November 9th
Blind Draw Friday Night at The Oche.
Each ADA Area must run the same format below/additional information:
- All participants must be current paid ADA Members. No league game count required.
- The qualifiers will consist of STEEL TIP Round Robin Brackets. You must run brackets separately: Male and Female. You MUST have at least two members compete in each bracket.
- The cost for the qualifier is $30.00 per member to enter.
Payment break down: $15 from each participant goes to the Home Office to support the team, Jersey’s and a round of team beverages. We will need the complete qualifier list and number of entries.
The remaining $15 will be paid out to the winners of each Round Robin Bracket. We recommend you ask the Host Location for additional monies to support the event and getting our members to Cheyenne Wyoming. Hype this up! - The Format will be ALL 501 Open In/Double Out Split Bull. Playing ALL 5 games total for the Bracket. Each game is worth 1 point in a Round Robin Bracket.
- On Monday will find out who is officially in and how many from each area can be on the official team.
- This will be an online match through Skype/Teams/etc. and we are working on it being streamed again (from our side).
- You MUST run your qualifier between now and September 29th. No entries will be accepted after this date!
- All members will have to find their own transportation to The Oche in Cheynne Wyoming. So contact local businesses and partners for support and funds. This is a fun event we do each year and it’s amazing to see all the areas come together team wise and represent!
