NEW CHANGE IS COMING – STARTING IN THE 2nd QUARTER (APRIL 4TH) – THE ADA AND HAT TRICK VENDING WILL BE COMBINING EVENTS. WE WELCOME ANDREW WEBBER AND HIS TEAM IN HELPING BOTH THE ADA AND HAT TRICK VENDING SUCCESSFUL AND MAKE THE ONLINE TOURNAMENTS BIGGER AND BETTER FOR ALL.

American Darters Associations Online Tournaments Page through Radikal Machines & DartConnect Steel Tip Scoring Application

Welcome ADA Members to the Online Tournaments Event Details. Below you will find all the information needed to play in the nightly online tournaments and monthly events through the Radikal System (soft tip) and DartConnect Scoring Application (steel tip). Other Dart Board/Machine Manufactures may be added soon.

Visit and request to join the ADA Tournament Page on Facebook where all communication for these events is made. The Nightly Tournament Directors will post there on the nightly details to enter in these events.

STARTING FEBRUARY 14, 2022 – SIGN UP CUT-OFFS WILL BE ONE (1) HOUR PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT START TMES.

Daily “Radikal” Online Tournaments Information:

BY SIGNING UP FOR THESE EVENTS, PLAN ON PLAYING BETWEEN 3 to 4 TOTAL HOURS, AND POSSIBLY 30 TO 45 MINUTES IN BETWEEN YOUR MATCHES. THESE MATCHES ARE DONE ONLINE AND THE ADA CAN’T CONTROL INTERNET SPEEDS AND BOARD MALFUNCTIONS. TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO GET TOURNAMENTS DONE AND PLAYED FAIRLY, EFFICIENTLY AND CORRECTLY.

ADA REQUIREMENTS:

You must be a current ADA Member ($20) (Register Now)
You must be in “Good Standing” with the ADA Home Office/Local ADA Area Representatives in our network.
Tournament Payouts will not be sent out if the above is not paid or you become “Not in Good Standings”.

Players MUST have a Radikal MPR & PPD Ratings, with at least 50 games played in each. Tournament directors do not verify this at time of entry and will disqualify you from winning money if you do not have the minimum games in your Radikal Profile. If you are unsure of the number of games you have in your Radikal profile, please email us at Radikal@adadarters.com with your name and Radikal ID.

LEVEL SEPARATIONS – PER RADIKAL MPR RATINGS:

3 to 7 entries – 1 Level and will play Level 1 game format.
8 to 20 entries – 2 Levels split evenly.
21(+) entries – 3 Levels split evenly – Max 16 entries per bracket.
49(+) entries – 4 Levels split evenly – Max 16 entries per bracket.

** Players/teams have the option to move up a level but cannot move down a level.
** Doubles Events – If not enough to run, players will be transferred to the singles event or refunded (as indicated when signing up). Tournament Directors will automatically do this.
** PLEASE REMEMBER ALL GAMES ARE HANDICAPPED AND ANYONE CAN WIN IN ANY LEVEL THEY PLAY. THE LEVEL SEPARATIONS ARE TO HAVE PLAYERS CHALLENGING EACH OTHER WITH “CLOSER” “LIKE” AVERAGES.

DART BOARD SHARING RULES PER LOCATIONS:

1 Board – 1 Entry.
2 Boards – 4 Entries.
3 Boards – 6 Entries.
4 Boards – 8 Entries.
5 Boards – 10 Entries.
Doubles Entry with one board at a location – If not enough teams to run a doubles bracket, and if the players are transferred to singles, both players will be allowed to play on the 1 board.
Players cannot sign up for both Doubles and Singles for the 7:30 pm events on the same night.
Players signing up for other events not offered by the ADA, that run at the same time, may be forfeited out of the ADA event if they hold up a bracket in the ADA Event. There will be no refunds.
Friday and Saturday Late Knock Out Singles – Signing up for this event and holding it up due to you are still playing the early event may result in a forfeit. There will be no refunds.
Board entries are entered as they were purchased and received through the ADA Website Event Tickets link. Once a location has maxed out, remaining entries after will be refunded.

BOUNTY DETAILS (OPTIONAL TICKET PURCHASE):

Each Night and each bracket will have separate bounty player or team picked randomly by a number’s generator LIVE on Facebook “ADA Tournament Page”.
During the tournament, if you eliminate the bounty in the win side, you win ½ the pot. Eliminate them from the tournament, win other ½ the pot. Bounty must win the bracket to receive what is left in the bounty.
If a team doesn’t elect to pay and play in the bounty option and eliminates the bounty player or team (in the win or loss side), this half of the bounty will be added to a special year end – bounty event, yet to be determined.

MYSTERY OUT DETAILS (OPTIONAL TICKET PURCHASE):

Each night and each level will have separate progressive pots to pay out.
MO Pot amounts are listed at the top of the Facebook ADA Tournament Page as a “Pinned Post” and is updated weekly.
Mystery Out Numbers to report: Open In/Double Out (OIDO) – 41+ outs. Open In/Open Out (OIOO) – 61+ outs.
More that 2 levels may occur with 21 or more entries. The lowest level will always be OIOO with the remaining levels being OIDO. Doubles bracket names will have OIDO or OIOO listed to assist the doubles teams of which format they are playing in 501.
Players must message the Tournament Director immediately when they hit a mystery out number with the “Number taken out”, “Who they played” & “Match game number”.
First team to report a Mystery Out number hit, this number cannot be hit again.
Winning numbers will be video verified for accuracy before payment will be made.
If Mystery Out number is hit, 75% of the pot will be paid out.
Mystery Out numbers will be drawn the following day “LIVE” on the Facebook “ADA Tournament Page”.
Reporting false Mystery Out Numbers hit may results in suspension from playing future events.

SPECIAL – FRIDAY NIGHT EVENT ENTRIES:

Being held on the first Saturday of every month for all members that played in the previous month competitions!

Tournament starts at 3:00 PM CST every FIRST SATURDAY of the month.
Signups end at NOON on this day.
$15.00 Entry – $14 of entry is paid out, $1 of entry pays the tournament director/organizer.

THIS EVENT IS NOT HELD FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER DUE TO RUNNING THE “YEAR END CHAMPIONSHIP” AND THE “JANUARY KICKOFF” EVENTS.

For each Online Nightly Tournament, you have entered in weekly, you will be given raffle tickets for the End of the Month Appreciation Tournament!!! The more you play each week, the more you have a chance to win some prizes! Must enter in this event to win raffle prizes. Raffles will be drawn “Live” on Facebook – ADA Tournaments Page.
Raffle Tickets that are earned per week by the number of tournaments a player enters:
1 entry – 1 raffle tickets
2 entries – 5 raffle tickets
3 entries – 10 raffle tickets
4 entries – 15 raffle tickets.
5 entries – 20 raffle tickets.

END OF THE YEAR CHAMPIONSHIP:

December 8th -11th, 2022:
25 Online Weekly Tournaments played to qualify.
$25 Entry per person per event.
Complete rules for this event will be updated and a link added here before Jan 31st.

GENERAL INFORMATION/RULES:

RE-OPENING A TIMED-OUT MATCH – It will be the tournament director’s decision on whether the match can be re-opened. Re-opening a match CANNOT delay the tournament from finishing in a timely manner. The match CANNOT be re-opened if the next match has already started. Players/Teams are allowed one (1) re-opening of a match per night if it does not affect the tournament. Players must watch the tournament brackets and match login times to help the Tournament Directors run the tournaments efficiently.
To receive winnings – you must be an active ADA Paid Member. Payouts may be delayed by up to 48 hours due to the membership verification process. Please be patient during this time period. Please message the tournament director if this goes past this time frame to get a status on your payout.

Notes & Updates from the ADA Nightly Tournament Directors

“Board Locations must have adequate lighting in the background. The other team must be able to see the players throwing the darts, and also if any issues come up where a video must be reviewed.”

“The ADA suggests all teams to reboot their boards 1 minute before all event start times. This procedure will ensure the tournament will upload to the respective board(s) requested to play on. This normally it takes 3-4 minutes for the event to “automatically” update and show on a board, determined by locations internet speed. Manually restarting / rebooting your boards at the event start time usually speeds up this upload.”

“Due to numerous locations participating in these online events, this may cause some board sharing and players may encounter a 30-to-60-minute delay in-between match. The Tournament directors will do their best to move the tournament along but are limited with the programming available at this time.”

“Tournament Directors watch the brackets for teams signing in, and can tell if they are not signed in. Sometimes the programming does not pick up on both teams signed in and moves a team forward. If the tournament director sees this happen, they will automatically reset the match. Message the tournament director immediately if this happens to your team.”

“Player’s patience and being respectable to the other players and the tournament directors, is a requirement if you decide to play in events offered by the ADA. Tournament directors have the authority to request player, teams and locations being suspended from playing in these tournaments and also future ADA events.”

“The Radikal programming only offers 4, 8, 16, 32 or 64 player brackets. Going over a 16-player bracket has in the past has made the tournaments last too long, as they were ending after 2:00 am CST.”

“The ADA does not control the mechanical or electrical operation of location boards. If you board becomes unusable or loses internet connection, your team will be forfeited with no refund. Contact your local operator or location owner for reimbursement.”

“The ADA does not control the location closing times. If your location closes before the event is over and your team cannot continue, your team will be forfeited out of the tournament.”

“Nightly ADA Tournament Directors have the authority to supersede any tournament, event, situation, member issue before, during and/or after the event to ensure the Tournament(s) go smoothly and professionally.”
