2021 ADA NC Welcome Letter/COVID Precaution Notes

Hello ADA Members and Happy Spring,

We are extremely excited to be planning and putting together an exciting event, packed full of enjoyment for all. Fun times, engaging activities and hours of competition rolled into our 5-day National Championship.

We have been in constant contact with the Marriott Bonvoy/Sheraton Westport Chalet for their recommendations and updates on Covid-19 related information, we want everyone and their families and friends to be safe. We understand this is your choice to attend so you should visit their website to see what you may expect from them. I recommend you review ALL information. It could be subject to change as we get closer to our July event date, so review often. The ADA has no control over these changes and is not Liable over the changes if any made by the State, City of St. Louis, County or Hotel. We will abide by and follow protocols put upon us, for the safety of all our staff, vendors and members and their guests. As will each one of you. If you feel you will not be able to abide by these restrictions and protocols, this event is not for you.

This year’s event will offer pre–National Championship fun events with local places of interest if you plan on arriving early and or staying later. Watch for more information in the coming weeks.

This has been a difficult time for all of us and we have had to make some changes due to the pandemic with many States not being able to operate ADA leagues for many months last year and / or still having to shut down and postpone their leagues. We want you to know we appreciate your patience, understanding and thank you all so very much for the tremendous support you have given our darting family throughout this pandemic. Please make sure you read and understand all the terms, conditions, and eligibility pages before you sign up for events.
