Daytona, Florida has it all: The Daytona 500, Bike Week, the beach, golf, great weather year round and now a new League Manager for the American Darters Association (ADA)!
Franchise Owner Pete Musslewhite has been the ADA Rep in Volusia County for the past 13 years and is still going strong. Pete has attended numerous National Championships, supporting local leagues with 80+ teams, playing in ADL play himself and backing his Pro’s since the ADA started the program back in 2007. Needless to say he has been around but is also not going away.
Pete has hired new ADA League Manager Ott McNeely to his staff. Ott will be Pete’s right hand man, and will be handing the promotional responsibilities, Bud Pro Tour, managing the Division Reps and getting new locations involved in the ADL on a weekly schedule.
Ott is no stranger to the ADA. He has been an ADA Member since 1996 when the ADA first started in Volusia County. Before that he played Widdy Darts for 5 years prior, making a total of 18 years. Within those 18 years of playing, he has maintained a 30 average and made ADA Pro Status for 2007, 2008 and 2009. His best dart achievement came when he was playing in league and met his wife, Vicki McNeely. Ott and Vicki have 3 boys together since then.
Here are a couple other achievements from Ott’s career:
- 1996 MVP
- 1997 MVP
