Excitement builds as we head down the home stretch to the ADA National Championship!
 We look forward to seeing members of the one hundred Team and Express League teams that have registered. The Championship returns to the beautiful Wyndham Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. Dates are August 6-10. Wednesday will be a very busy day for attendees and the Championship staff. Captains will check in beginning at 10:00 AM with the Captains Meeting scheduled for noon. Registration also opens for the Warm-Up events and the Wyndham staff tells us many members have reserved rooms prior to Wednesday’s check in. We’re not surprised as there is plenty to do in the greater Orlando area.
Wednesday is also when ADA Pro’s compete in the second Pro Darters Championship. This singles competition is a best of three, best of three sets. So in addition to the Warm-Up events attending Amateurs will see some great darts thrown.
 For attending members once you get settled into your room the Wyndham has plenty of activities on property. Like last year the poolside Gatorville Lounge will be party headquarters last year. We’ll install another Shelti Eye2 machine and in addition to darts and the two pools you’ll enjoy billiards, table tennis and foosball (all outdoors). Back inside and not far from the Championship area we’ve added a “Members Lounge” for members to relax away from the competition.
On our end we’re wrapping a couple of loose ends before we head off to the Sunshine State. We look forward to seeing you at the Championship!
