The next membership card ADA members receive will be their last! After more than two-years of development the ADA is proud to introduce our new “permanent membership card”. This card replaces the “disposable” annual membership card members have been receiving since the ADA was founded sixteen years ago. The permanent membership card is made of a hard plastic similar to a credit card. A magnetic stripe located on the back side replaces the bar code containing the eight digit membership number.
Membership Card Party
Membership cards are normally delivered by US Mail. However for our 2007 members we’ve put together a special program. Your 2008 card will be distributed at a “Membership Card Party” organized by your ADA Franchisee. When you pay for your 2008 membership dues and pick up your card you have the option of entering a draw doubles tournament (501/Cricket/501). The entry fee for members is $5.00. Members receive a raffle ticket upon entering. Prizes will be awarded by random draw throughout the party event. Party locations and times have not been finalized but will take place during February or March weekend dates. Check with your Franchisee for exact dates and times. If you cannot attend the party, membership cards will be distributed by your Franchisee or Division Representative during American Dart League play.
A reminder the 2008 membership period officially began on December 1st. All 2007 memberships end on January 15th. Members can also join online via the membership process located at the ADA web site (see link below). New members with no Internet access can enroll by forwarding the $20. annual dues to their Team Captain during American Dart League play.
