Friday November 23rd, 2007. What is known as Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving and one of the biggest sales days of the year. After a long day with the shopping lines and numerous bags filling the car you need to wind down, relax with a cold Budweiser and some darts! Where else but Fandago's in St. Louis!

Fandago's is located on Dougherty Ferry in a cozy plaza and the location for the Budweiser ADA Pro Challenge. The location is one of the newest spots for the American Dart League in the St. Louis Franchise. Fandago's is a great establishment with a fantastic area for Pool and Darts, mouth watering food with matching great prices. They have two set up areas for darts that qualify for the ADA's Approved Location program.
The Budweiser ADA Pro Challenge is open to all darters with no entry fee. Billy Dales, St. Louis area ADA Franchise owner, enrolled participants and provided them a Budweiser premium. He informed us of the format, introduced the Pro's The Certified Pro’s of the Challenge; ADA National Office Manager, Karl Remick and partner Paul Schaeffler. ADA Pro Lisa Breuer on the women's side. We were ready to play! By random draw Billy matched up partners by pulling two “half” cards out of a cylinder on the men's side. The Women's side was singles. The games on both sides were 501 ADA Rules - straight start, double out with the bull activated.
It was a great night of darts, 12 matches on the Men's side played with three teams defeating the Pro’s, qualifying for the Budweiser grand prizes. “It must be something in the genes” was stated by a St. Louis ADA member Mike Willis, after suffering a 13 dart loss to Remick and Schaeffler, “Man those Remicks can shoot”.
On the Women's side, out of 8 matches, Lisa lost only one match to fellow ADA Division Rep Deb Kornmann. As the sole winner Deb ended up with a Grand Prize AB Cooler Package.

The three teams that beat the Mens Pro’s played one game of 501 in a “’winner take all”. ADA Members Mike Kern and George Littlefield claimed a very fancy Bud Light Cooler and a Budweiser Dart Backboard. Billy and Gloria Remick processed all the scores and stats from a customized software program. Here are the results from the Pro Matches:

Paul Schaeffler maintained a 24.485 ppda throwing 136 darts for 3330 total points w/ 3 180s, 11 ton+ rounds and a high checkout of 118
